Payment

Full payment will be automatically processed via Stripe the day before your arrival using the card details provided at booking.

Check-in details will be sent on the morning of your arrival once payment has been successfully received.

If you would prefer to pay via Revolut instead of Stripe, please contact us on WhatsApp at +44 7349 959206 at least 2 days before your stay. We can then send you a payment link so you can make your payment the night before your arrival.

Saturday Night Bookings

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all Saturday night bookings.

The 25% deposit will be automatically charged via Stripe 3 days before arrival, on the Wednesday. The remaining balance will then be automatically processed via Stripe on the Friday, the day before arrival.

If you prefer to pay the remaining balance via Revolut, please contact us on WhatsApp at +44 7349 959206 to arrange this.

If we are unable to process the deposit payment, we will contact you to confirm whether you still wish to proceed with your Saturday booking.

If the deposit cannot be received and we are unable to contact you to confirm your booking by 11am on the Saturday of arrival, the reservation will be cancelled and the pod will be made available for a last-minute booking.
